Had a great experience with moving in process it went very smoothly. The manager Jasmine was very nice and took care of all our needs. Great apartments.
I really love it here. The manager Jasmine helped me and got me in really fast. I love the fact that her and her maintenance team fix problems quickly and it is always clean. I also like the fact that it is pretty quiet there and nothing bad occurs
Is this place low income apartments or accepts hud voucher just wondering I have seen nothing but good reviews on here
Norma is a great manager/friend she helped my husband and family find a place to rent. When I got here I was told that Norma was the only manager that would do fun activities for our kids to do around. We are going to miss her she’s a great person and always has a smile for us.
2 years ago I was looking for a place to stay, never owned or rented anywhere. Walled into the office and Norma (manager) had an opening for me and my family. She got us in faster then expected. She gave me an opportunity/ place to live. She went out an beyond my expectations as a manager/friend. Winn properties is going to miss her as a manager. She went out of her way for her company/apartments. Thank you so much Norma, enjoy the new chapter in your life!!
