Parli Property Inspections is my Number 1 choice. He called me the moment he felt there were big issues and I really appreciated that along with the fact he went out on a weekend. I really liked that there were additional services I could add on, on top of the already reasonably priced home inspection. I added Septic and termite and I was still within budget. We were having a “fixer upper” inspected for purchasing. Tim came out and was timely and professional. He took his time and was extremely thorough in his inspection. My husband and I followed him during the inspection and he took time to explain certain things in addition to the full electronic report he provided after the inspection. His plumbing background gave valuable knowledge for “red flags” with some of the plumbing. I absolutely recommend Tim to anyone needing their home inspected!
