Have been a Parlee owner for 7 years and they have THE best customer service in the biz. I had structure damage years after my initial purchase and after the warranty had expired. I mailed them the broken parts, and after inspection they decided to send me a replacement at no cost! The fact that not only is the customer service great, the machines are top-notch and fast!!! makes buying a Parlee a no brainer..
I’ve had my Parlee for 5 yrs now and by far my fave bike I’ve owned . Great craftsmanship and quality!
As I was considering buying one of their bikes, I was told by one of their dealers I could swing by for a tour, and that they were super cool operation of local guys who do neat stuff and would show you their setup... so being in the area, I swing in last week with cheerful hopes. Boy was that a mistake. The welcome consists of: "what do you want!?" "who told you you could come here!?" Followed by "WHAT shop!? They SHOULDN'T HAVE TOLD YOU THAT!"
