Deceptive practices. Approved for an apartment at $1,195 and received a ‘relay based email’ stating the apartment is now $1,695 two days before the new MONTH (in which I was expecting to move in). Since they didn’t even bother notifying approved applicants via phone, communication fail through because the email wasn’t sent using their standard email! $1,695 is $500 more than $1,195.
