I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived here for 2 years and my first year here was bearable. We had multiple issues with water damage in the apartment, including the ceiling in our living room. Most of these issues were addressed, but barely “fixed.” The ceiling was still caving in after the patch job. My second year here, we had issue after issue with our dryer hook up letting hot air through out the entire apartment because of the tenants living behind us. Hidden gem in a nice quiet and safe environment.Pricing is reasonable. Centrally located in West Monroe, LA. Very convenient to stores, shops, the interstate, and . Property well maintained. Older style townhome but remodeled since the flood of 2016 with a classic look. Good communication with management. Maintenance is performed timely. Overall living experience has been good, so far.
