Young man was quick, friendly and successful. He did a fine job.
The apartment its self is very nice. The maintenance guy is great. The hallways go weeks without being cleaned. The paint around the elevator is all chipped off and looks terrible. Carpet in halls are stained. The tenants do the landscaping. No grass or new mulch is put in. One of the worse things is the trash dumpsters everywhere in the middle of the parking lot. I need to add that we were just gone for 12 days and someone came into my apartment and did some nasty things in side my apartment. When I called the office I got ... read more
