The landlord is a big joke, he is a liar,theif and will not give you back your deposit no matter how much you clean...He will screw you. So renters beware..And he doesnt repair anything..he just trash...
We cleaned our apartment with a rainbow vacuum cleaning system. However he is charging us 100 dollars because the carpets werent clean, when in fact they were cleaner than when we moved in. The manager up there is a liar, thief and white trash.

I had the landlord reserve a room for me. He had 3 months to get this apartment ready for move-in day and when we walked in, outlets were torn out of the walls that were stained with nicotine. The bathroom looked like it was in the process of being remodeled. And when I asked him about it, he said all it needed was paint and we could move in... enough said.
