Renters beware. They charged me $400 for cleaning (the unit was not cleaned when I occupied it) and $282 for 12 year old carpet that wasn't cleaned when I occupied it. Valerie even stated on the condition report "soiled" for the rooms with carpet. I cleaned that unit from top to bottom but they get you with their "cleaning list" demanding you get the unit and carpet cleaned by professional, licensed, bonded companies. Would NOT recommend this property management office....we basically showed the house we planned on renting to ourselves.....the person just opened the door, she had had nothing to say about the property, she also said it was against the law to give information regarding the neighborhood. All she did was unlock the door. She did not show us around the property, the bathroom was filthy, tub was dirty. She asked for $50 application fee....emailed (didn't even bother to call) and said we were denied.....in less then an hour afte... read more

My advise would be to stay as far away from this business as possible. The staff will be as sweet as honey to your face but as sour as a lemon in the end. If you choose to deal with this company, I would document everything before you move into a residence and as you move out, and I mean everything. Make sure to put in work orders for every little issue, otherwise you will wish you had because they will charge you for every tiny detail when you move out.
