Our entire experience was terrible. 1st they gave a a date that we could move in and days before told us that the previous tenants hadn't moved yet. 2nd our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, that's a normal thing, but what isn't normal is the fact that the manager was friends with these neighbors and refused to do anything about it. The cleaning and maintenance people were mean to children. We had multiple problems with our AC and water heater, and it took weeks of calling and nagging to even get a response let alone help. ... read more
