These apartments the Manegemet & Maintace is terrible! If something thing breaks or need fixing. If you put in a work order they tell you they coming to fix it! & then no one shows up or they half fix it.they want give you New screens. When I moved out here the paint job in the apartment it's like they just went over the paint no primer or sanding the wall! It's mold constantly grew in water areas .my seilng in the living room have been redid A thousand times it's about to cave in. Me & my daughter have chronic health issues... read more
I have lived here for several years and have really enjoyed being part of this community. The area has been a nice place to call home, and I have not had any issues with the office staff. They have always been courteous, professional, and helpful whenever I have needed assistance.The only downside is that it may take maintenance a while to complete a work order depending on what it is.
Been without central air this whole heat wave its like they dont even care
Maintenance is trash Living in Parkwood Manor for 2 years So many work orders Put in maybe only 1-2 were fixed Maintained is TRASH Can’t wait to move soon !!!!!
