The grounds crews sucks and the maintenance guys are horrible
General ghetto attitude, bullying, theft, racism and very disrespectful of others, their property and their neighbors; especially the handicapped, seniors, women and non-black residents. Young kids often run wild, unsupervised, leaving trash, toys outside and steal from neighbors. Paying residents unable to park near their homes. Some neighbors throw and leave their trash outside. Been a resident for two years and by far the best complex I have lived at. The maintenance team, ground and office staff are very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and to the point. Noticeable improvements daily. From new playground accessories, beautiful pool reopened after years of being closed and landscaping kept clean it’s been a very admirable transformation.
