I really wish they wouldn't allow us to have BBQ grills since the one by the park is uncomfortable because there is no seating no tables to put your food on and there always RUDE OBNOXIOUS CHILDREN to there Been here 10 years and put in many work orders for new carpet and paint I also had a flood from my upstairs neighbor of feces water all they did was come out and suck it up put water down and sucked it back up I have a slit in my bathroom casing and water getting down in jt and they said they was going to fix it and still... read more
The grounds crews sucks and the maintenance guys are horrible
General ghetto attitude, bullying, theft, racism and very disrespectful of others, their property and their neighbors; especially the handicapped, seniors, women and non-black residents. Young kids often run wild, unsupervised, leaving trash, toys outside and steal from neighbors. Paying residents unable to park near their homes. Some neighbors throw and leave their trash outside.
