DO NOT MOVE INTO PARKWOOD MANOR! This is by far one of the worst apartment complexes I’ve ever encountered. Maintenance is basically nonexistent — you can put in ten work orders and they still won’t come out to fix a thing. Pipes leaking, AC not working, mold growing? They’ll ignore you like it’s nothing. And yet, they steady collecting that rent check on time. The real issue though? These people are receiving grant money for these units, but not a dime of it is going toward proper upkeep. I really wish they wouldn't allow us to have BBQ grills since the one by the park is uncomfortable because there is no seating no tables to put your food on and there always RUDE OBNOXIOUS CHILDREN to there Been here 10 years and put in many work orders for new carpet and paint I also had a flood from my upstairs neighbor of feces water all they did was come out and suck it up put water down and sucked it back up I have a slit in my bathroom casing and water getting down in jt and they said they was going to fix it and still... read more
