My apartment has old appliances, particle board kitchen cabinets with layers of paint, bathtub has surface is peeling, and there is no on site visitor parking and no street parking available for half a mile.

Complex reminds me of low income housing, the rents are not comparable for this type of complex. Management changes frequently. I believe it is difficult for them to find qualified people to manage the complex. Current manager if OK. I was told I was moving to a quiet place in the complex. I am across the El Cajon school district buses. I hear the buses "beep-beep-beep" starting at 6:30am and continues till 4:30pm. Also hear the buses on Friday evening.
