RecommendedI took my truck to Parkwood Collision Center in Frisco after I was in a fender bender in my brand new truck and I really cant say enough about how good of a job they did. More damage was found once it was torn down. Despite the setbacks, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Shout out to Parkwood Collision!
This place is awesome. Let me just say it’s hard to find someone you can trust to begin with but not these guys. Took my brand new Tesla in after being rear ended. I dropped the car off and then ten days the car was ready to go. They made it super easy and personable. Highly recommend.
Let me just start off by saying how amazing the customer service is at Parkwood. They did a fantastic job at repairing my Tesla and my car is now back to perfect condition. Al kept in touch with me through out the entire repair process. He let me know when the parts were ordered, the time frame for parts delivery and the time frame for the repairs. Took my Tesla in after an accident with a ladder falling on the fender. While it was there I had them repair repair a scratch on the rear bumper. Dropped it off on a Tuesday and they said it would be about a week. Got a call Friday afternoon that they had completed my car soon than expected. Went and picked it up and received my car looking better than it did the day I bought it, inside and out. This is the only shop I will use and recommend. I was rear ended at a red light, leaving my bumper and trunk smashed. Parkwood collision handled all of the interactions with the claim agent for me (truly a life-saver because I hate dealing with insurance adjusters), fixed my car quickly, and had it looking better than the day I bought it!!
