While purchasing a vehicle and after sending documents from bank choose to at the same time sell the car to someone else at the same time. Bring a bank delay due to document release to ensure they don't claim payment. Not safe and definitely misinformation and misrepresentation stay safe stay clear. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever endured no one should have all the documents processed knowing the process and how much of a hardship that will result.

Nice people but their dealership fees are way too high! The fees are $4,600 which does not include taxes or motor vehicle fees. Thankfully I spoke with them up front and they did provide the details of their fee structures so at least I didn't waste a lot of time.
BEWARE: DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS FACILITY. It was been over 2 1/2 months and Parkwood Auto has not sent my trade-in check to my previous auto lender. This caused a negative impact on my credit report because they have not paid off my trade-in. Additionally, I have not received my hard tags. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRADULENT!'
