Would NOT Recommend to Anyone I Know... – I would not recommend anyone that I know move in to Parkwood Apartments. (1) The apartment was in absolute horrible shape when we moved in but we had already signed the contract before viewing the exact apartment we were going to live in. The walls were NOT painted. They had scuff marks, spilled food/drinks, knife holes throughout the whole apartment. The toilet was broken, dishwasher didn't work and had nasty, old water sitting in the bottom of it.
