After living here for sometime. Stay away from this place not even as a last resort. Roach problems, mold, bed bugs, gang activity, drive by shootings, drugs, dog fights in basements, sewage back ups, stuff stolen out of your apartment by staff, the list goes on. Want high electric bills, nothing gets fixed, your credit ruined, deposit kept, eviction notices left and right, even with a lease and paid on time, properly management is rude, talk behind your back, retaliate by rasing your rent? Where to start, they don't fix anything and hit you with the bill at the end. Roaches everywhere, stray cat colonies. Horrible neighbors. A shooting every week. Had one neighbor try to chase me down because I glanced his direction.
Where to start, they don't fix anything and hit you with the bill at the end. Roaches everywhere, stray cat colonies. Horrible neighbors. A shooting every week. Had one neighbor try to chase me down because I glanced his direction.
It was trash rent too high it was always shooting they told me they would fix my lock to my front door but never did they ac units filled with mold or don’t work sinks driped and just overall poor experience on my first apartment I would not recommend unless it’s your last option
