Parkwood is a great place to live! Management is lovely, maintenance is speedy and friendly, every unit is generously sized and rent is reasonable. There are carports and garages to choose from, and every unit has its own, IN UNIT, washer & dryer! (Which if you have lived in apartments, YOU KNOW, is gold!) There are lots of mature, trees surrounding the property so there are deer, ducks, fox, geese, groundhogs, herons, squirrels, turkeys, and assorted small birds. I highly recommend!
Parkwood is not impressive when you drive in. It's rather humble and in need of some power washing, deck replacement, and paint. However, do not be mistaken; it's a fantastic place to live. Management is lovely and does a great job eliminating resident shenanigans! Maintenance is Johnny-on-the-Spot speedy and friendly! Every unit is nice sized and rent is reasonable! I lived there around 10 years ago and honestly wish I had stayed...I stayed on 2nd level for about 1 or close to 2 years and I loved it...my reason for leaving because I thought I had found a deal on a house....hmmm big ole mistake only stayed 9 months and left.... I did however call Karen back to see if she had anything available and she didn't 😔...
