We stayed there in a 1-bedroom apartment for several years. We recommend this apartment complex. It is very well run and managed. Neighborhood is one of the safest in Sunnyvale (low crime rates) which is super important these days.
Just moved in - had a great experience with Michael who showed me all the apartments available and patiently let me pick one apartment. The application process was seamless and easy. The deal to move in was great! The apartment is great, location is great and quiet and very well maintained complex. The greenery is great and so are the amenities. So far so good! Enjoy every day at Parkwood! I have for 15 years! Live well, surrounded by beauty, great anmenities, and peace. Parkwood is the place to experience so much that Sunnyvale and Silicon Valley have to offer. Come and see!
nice property, good neighbors who watch out for one another, staff that takes care of place and enjoy living here
I strongly urge not to rent here. There are positive reviews here, yes, but I have been offered monetary rewards for positive remarks. Upon move-out, I received exorbitant charges for existing conditions, and the property manager offered to discount the fees if I remove any negative reviews.
