Called in to ask a couple questions about the apartment and community before deciding whether to make a 1 hour drive to view the property. Spoke with Michael who was immediately rude, dismissive and misogynistic: he told me that my husband should come and see the property rather than me, having no other information about me other than I am a woman. It has been a pleasant experience at Parkwood Apartments. The community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. The management and maintenance teams are responsive and helpful. The location is excellent, with parks, schools, and shopping nearby, making it a comfortable place to live.
I loved this place as my daughter is liking it and she is enjoy with her lot of friends over here. And we have de anza park nearby which is really helping if you have kids.
I’ve been living here for five years now, and I really love the amenities. The garden, pool, and jacuzzi are all very well-maintained. During the pandemic, management even added an outdoor cycling area and upgraded both the community laundry room and the mail system. The entire property is very thoughtfully managed, and the neighbors are friendly too.
Thank you to the Parkwood management team, especially Michael, for organizing this taco event. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed it.
