It s apparent the good reviews are written by Parkwood employees. My sister lived there and we just moved her out, the place is a high price dump...
Parkwood is a convenient place to live. There is a Kroger, a Walgreens, and CVS nearby. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The apartment grounds are very well maintained.
I lived there two different times, and found it quiet and well maintained. Funny that the ones who give a bad review dont give specifics.
This place is great! No complaints. Recommend to everyone who likes a quiet, safe, well maintained place to call home.
I find it strange that all the good reviews are in the same month and almost word for word. I also find it amazing that someone wrote only people who have been evicted write bad reviews. You apparently have a bunch of jerks working there.I came to this site because I was looking an apartment, I know now Parkwood is off the list and I would suggest others avoid it also.
I think Parkwood is a great place to live. The property is well kept, the neighbors are the best and we are close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. I have lived here 3 years and LOVE IT!
