Never stay here or recommend to someone: This is the most crappy place you can ever think off. The administrators don't care about you at all except the checks of the rent they want from you on monthly basis. Cathy is really fake person and pretends to care about you. It no washer and dryer hookup and half the time some of there washer and dryers don't work they keep money and won't give you a refund which is unfair and it is roach infested she told me they spray every month when I moved in went to every three months no matter how much I clean the roaches took ov... read more
This apartment is in a nice location that's close to everything, there's a laundromat on the premises but that's about the only nice things about it. The apartment buildings are in very poor shape and the plumbing gets backed up every other month. There's usually a rent special but it won't last long and won't be worth the headache that you'll get from loud ignorant neighbors through thin walls. Roach infested. Nosy neighbors. Cathy, manager, is incompetent. No regular maintenance staff. Huge bricks, steep stairs outside and on top of very steep hill(not safe for children, disabled or elderly). Major plumbing problems+pipe runs constant water from ceiling above shower)
