This complex offers a great price and location. The apartment I moved into was recently renovated. The staff is attentive and friendly. They facilitated the onboarding process, answered all my questions, and responded quickly to calls and emails.
I had a very disappointing experience with the manager at Parkwood Apartment. I simply asked a question about parking, and she spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. Her tone was unprofessional and dismissive. I even asked her, “Is that the way you talk to ?” but instead of correcting herself, she continued being impolite. It was shocking and very uncomfortable. Me and my sister were trying to lease apartment but the manager was so rude she was talking and replying rudely to her which was not expected. That’s not how you talk.
