4/9/2025 Updated review: Wanted to take an additional moment here to thank the entire Parkwood staff for continually making this such a decent and amazing experience living here at Parkwood apartments :)! The grounds are still *always clean, any and all maintenance concerns are always addressed around the complex, they have great security (I've had no theft issues since day 1), pool areas awesome and clean, everyone's super respectful and welcoming making this place a place to definitely call home! Do NOT waste your time and money at this place! Truly have never had a worse experience renting. Every year it got worse. We had multiple major water leaks (very common here), some of which took months to repair. See attached photos for how things were left after leaks for weeks or months on end. Most recently we went two weeks with giant dehumidifiers taking up both bathrooms and holes in both the ceiling and wall between the bathrooms and received zero compensation for the fact that we could hardly use our bathrooms for mu... read more
