Manager Stephanie and Supervisor Angle are very quick in responding to the problem and get it fixed quickly. I really appreciate it.
I been living in this building for about a year and I can only say good things about living here. The manager is very nice, she is attentive and very polite. When I have any concerns regarding my apartment she always helps out alongside her staff which quickly repairs what needs to be done. I feel happy and safe to live here.
Melanie gave me a tour of the apartment. It was very spacious and well priced compared to other apartments. Stephanie effectively communicated during the entire process. She addressed questions and concerns appropriately and efficiently. I look forward to enjoying my stay here.
I’ve been living at Parkwood Apartments for over a year now, and it’s genuinely one of the nicest communities I’ve lived in. The neighbors are friendly, and the manager, Stephanie, is always cheerful and incredibly helpful. Angel from maintenance is quick to respond and very polite. My only complaint has been some occasional hot water inconsistencies, but the staff has assured me they’re actively looking into it, and I’m hopeful it will be resolved soon.
