I give my building 10 stars actually it's very quiet I've been here 5 1/2 years no problems its very quiet I've don't hear no nobody but me honestly the management is great here Stephanie always handle her business if u call her for anything she get on the job asap and the maintenance angel is great as well he get right to the job u call and he at the door best building I ever lived in Lancaster and I been out here over 30 years y'all better come get y'all an apartment.no worries over here.
This is a place to call home. Always clean,And if I need anything fixed in my apartment, Stephanie and Angel are always there to get it taken care of.Stephanie and Angel are always nice to me. NO problems here, I will be signing a lease renewal next month.
I lived here for almost two full years and enjoyed my apartment and the staff working there. They were always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues I had. Stephanie and Angel were always polite and willing to help where they could, nothing but good things from them. A couple minor things with the apartment was there are no lights in the bedroom or living room and then there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to help get rid of moisture buildup. Manager Stephanie and Supervisor Angle are very quick in responding to the problem and get it fixed quickly. I really appreciate it.
I been living in this building for about a year and I can only say good things about living here. The manager is very nice, she is attentive and very polite. When I have any concerns regarding my apartment she always helps out alongside her staff which quickly repairs what needs to be done. I feel happy and safe to live here.
