This building is awful , I’ve had a hole in my roof for he last 4 of 6 months I’ve lived here and I’ve paid my rent on time, cleaned as much as possible, and tried talking to someone at the leasing office as kindly as possible and I’m trying to be nice but everyone keeps ducking my calls at the near end of businesss days because I have to work all day just to afford this place and still the leasing office expects me to pay well over a thousand dollars in rent to suffer in this fire trap, I have health conditions and everyday... read more

No parking except for the streets , maintenance blows and apartments are overpriced but then again park Ave is a great location
Don’t do it!! and if you do, remember I warned you. You will spend EVERYDAY regretting it
