Love it here
Low income housing. My neighbors were not employed, they slept all day & had loud parties almost nightly. Lots of criminal activity & drug usage were common. Vandalism was common also. I had my tires slashed. Someone stole my laundry out of the dryer which happened to multiple tenants as well. Management did not care about the criminal activity that was happening on property.
Honestly these apartments are awesome! I was active duty when I met my wife and she was living here before I moved in. It’s very secure with the doors, great maintenance, rooms, bathrooms, etc especially for being income based it’s way more than you would expect to have! ROSE is an amazing at managing this place she is always on top of paperwork and anything you need help with!
2.5 years here, gotten along with some people but mostly stayed to myself. had a quiet apartment and management was kind and helpful.
I still live there going on 7or8 years everyone living there for the same reason , we are poor folks it's not shameful but we do have to get along together" rules are simple 1. Pay your rent on time.2 Don't break things.3, keep the noise down. 4. No sqatters! Thank you
