Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. They care more about the office and getting their money. I wish I could give 5 stars but I’m pretty disappointed in the pool not being open for the second year in a row. Yet they have money to renovate the office inside and out. Paint, new plants…etc. Haven’t been in the office to see what they did in there. Also the water gets shut off for a short bit way too often. We lived there for a year and had to deal with noisy/extremely unhygenic neighbors. We had to deal with bugs from day 1 until we moved out. Don't rent from here unless you're ready for bugs, parking lot shootings, the pool to never be open, and if you need to use the laundry room half of the machines don't work. 🤷♀️ Take pictures of EVERYTHING and request a walk through with the property manager when moving out to ensure you get your deposit back.
