We’re new clients to Parkway (September) but so far we’ve been very pleased with the care and level of service there. Petula had her spay surgery last week and they were great in their care and follow up. They are very thorough in their treatman plan. We would recommend.

I had a recent bad experience in that my puppy was listless not eating and generally unwell. When I called I was told the next appointment is in 3 days. This was concerning given the nature of his illness and need to exclude a bowel obstruction or other infectious cause eg Leptospirous with all the water around. I questioned this with the secretary who said you could ring around other vets ! Parkway was the vet clinic we go to- but not anymore. I got an appointment and was to… See more

We are PVH clients for 15 years. Recently brought our dog in for examination of a facial cyst. I had brought her in very recently for her annual exam but I forgot to mention the cyst. During the second exam, Dr. Breslin was attentive, patient, and informative. She was also extremely kind; she waived the exam fee on account of having been in so recently. We took a FNA of the cyst and determined it is just a cyst but I will continue to monitor it. Thank you Dr. Breslin and thank you PVH!

We have been taking our cats to Parkway for at least 6 years now. They are both 16 and have had their usual host of health issues. We specifically see Dr. Tubman but all of the vets and vet techs have been so wonderful. They are very responsive and efficient with their day to day operations. Just last week we went through the painful experience of having to put one of them down. While the worst decision to have to make, I cannot say enough about Dr. Tubman, Dr. Segal and the vet tech who guided us through that decision and p... read more

My 10, lb yorkie seen on Monday with vomiting, painful distended belly, given something for vomiting, then sent home with pain medication, dies 24 hours later from pancreatitis. We were told she had gas.If she had been diagnosed appropriately, she could have been treated and perhaps survived...

Business response:

We're sorry to hear you still feel this way after speaking with Dr. Lysz. Losing a pet is never easy and we understand your frustration. However, pancreatitis can present acutely and the last time we ran diagnostics for Lucy, there was no evidence of illness. If you have further questions or you'd like to discuss this again, please don't hesitate to reach out directly. We're very sorry for your loss and we wish you the best during this difficult time.

I've been going to PVH since we moved to Newton. I started with one rescue puppy 5 years ago and now just adopted another rescue from Aruba. I love the entire staff--smart, caring, funny and very supportive!
