Always professional and excellent service
My dog Miles and I have been going to Parkway Veterinary Hospital for about 15 years or so. Sadly Miles recently passed away. The support I've received after his passing was very touching. During Miles long life, he was over 16 or so, he received great care by Dr Segal and staff at the Parkway Veterinary Hospital. I highly recommend them as they are truly one of the best veterinary practices out there.
I could not be any happier with Parkway Vets. I started going there over 14 years ago as I was so unhappy with other places in the area. I fell in love instantly! Dr Segal (and her dog Blue)was the only Vet and back then it was located on the Parkway. She has since massively expanded which is a credit to her extensive knowledge and genuine love for pets. Parkway Veterinary Hospital was recommended to us when we first moved to Boston. We have been going here now for over 7 years and recommend it to others. The office personnel/front desk/scheduling staff are extremely personable and accommodating. The vet techs are top notch--very knowledgeable and great with our pets. We have our regular veterinarian at Parkway, but in a last-minute sick visit, any veterinarian available can step in seemlessly and treat our pet. Best vet I've ever taken my dog too. My golden gets excited when he realizes we are on the way to the vet. That never happens! Whatever magic they pull off, works!
