The location is very convenient and just behind CVS. Staff are very friendly and the maintenance is very quick usually within one day. Happy to live there!
Their studio apartment costs $ 440/month. You have to pay all other costs : City of Lawrence (utilities) around $ 60/month; Electricity around $50 /month, Heating around$ 30/month and internet around $40/month. So way higher then the actual price. Apartment also very old. No good sanitation.
I lived in their complex at 2347 Murphy Dr. for three years, and it was the best apartment I lived at during my 8 years in Lawrence. The apartment was affordable, well maintained, and in a convenient location. Additionally,the office staff were always friendly, and the maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I'm 7 months into my lease and have been happy with my experience at Louisiana Place, one of their properties. Maintenance has been quick when necessary and they do not bother you at all. They call before they come. In my opinion, a good landlord is the type that is only around when you need them, otherwise they let you be, and Parkway Properties has been great in that aspect.
