Very displeased with customer service. I went to get my things out of storage on the 1st and was told since it wasn’t at midnight on the 30th so I would have to pay for another whole month. When I asked the lady to explain why I had to pay for a whole month if I was getting it today and I got a dry attitude. I even explained that I didn’t put the stuff in storage so I didn’t have a clear understanding. The people were friendly & great to work with. I'm glad I choose them. They were there for anything I needed. Totally recomend them!
The property and unit was exceptionally clean. The sales staff was helpful and I felt comfortable knowing the property was gated and was staffed 7 days a week. They even offered a free month and lock for my unit.
The manager was friendly and cheerful.You dont find this often. I was treated great.Would highly recommend Parkway storage.
