The best find ever, and I'd never go elsewhere for service on my car. The work is excellent, customer service is superb (you never have to entertain an AI for 20 minutes before talking to a human) and you'll never find more helpful and kind people anywhere.
Best shop in the neighborhood! I’ve been going there for several years, and the owner, Ronnie, along with the mechanic, Roy, are genuinely great people. I’m sure a lot of people have had bad experiences with mechanics. I used to feel the same way—every time I needed my car checked or fixed, I would ask a few places, compare prices, and try to pick a guy who seems the most honest and competent. I visited this place for a NY State vehicle inspection with my 2023 Kia Soul. After the inspection, the owner, an older man, told me my rear brake pads were low and needed replacement. When I asked for the price, he first said he would tell me if I made an appointment. A few minutes later, he casually quoted over $400 for new pads and a new rotor.
