Any negative thing you read on these reviews ARE TRUE. We made 2 trips from Tenn. to Parkway RV. The first trip was to look at the particular RV. Which we bought. There was some work that had to be done, Electrical, Awning Replaced, Tires, ETC. Parkway RV was to Deliver it within 2 weeks. after Many calls and excuses. My first Pmt. was due so I called the Bank that had financed our RV and told them everything that had went on the past month and a half. Let me start off saying I been looking for Motorhome at a decent price for awhile. As you may know, everybody's asking crazy prices for RVs these days. That's what brought me to Parkway RV. I purchased a 2005 Tiffin Allegro Bay and I love it! Shane my salesmen did a great job. No complaints. During my pick up there were some small problems and they did address them. Parkway RV Center advertises to be an internet dealership. Beware of this place and especially the owner. I would of giving this place a negative -4 stars if site would allow We were given 2 price options when we purchased our 2015 Heartland Cyclone 4200. Option A, the higher price option gives you the attached checklist of tests with the promise of repairs if necessary. Option B is “AS IS”.
