Charged $250 per hour, the guy came by, restarted the system, and called it a day. The issue still exists, and he refuses to fix it, insisting on a separate appointment while still charging $250 for just 15 minutes of work. Ridiculous!
I contacted Parkway to repair an AC system. They responded quickly, listened to my concerns, answered my questions clearly and most of all, fixed my AC system. The techs were polite, respectful, efficient and professional. Who could ask for more. I highly recommend them.
