I contacted Parkway to repair an AC system. They responded quickly, listened to my concerns, answered my questions clearly and most of all, fixed my AC system. The techs were polite, respectful, efficient and professional. Who could ask for more. I highly recommend them.

I wish I could give negative stars; Parkway sold me a broken machine under the guise of being "like new", offered to pay for the repairs and then ended up refusing once they were made. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
