The property we temporarily leased was in terrible shape. We were all but told no to doing any type of improvements. While we were in the property with our family of 6 we were given little notice they were selling. We were given little notice of 3 different showings of the property. Once a buyer became interested in the property we were living in, we were bombarded with inspectors and contractors.
