Got home after oil change with oil on carport brought it back they said they put an oversized plug in because it was stripped and old one would just spin. I told them I never had a leak before and the guy at the desk acknowledged that it was their mistake. I understand mistakes happen and they made it right by installing a new oil pan free of charge. I’ve used this place for years on both vehicles for oil changes and new tires and would highly recommend. Good honest folks.
Dang there fast. I sat down was preparing to be there for 30 mins. 10 min later the guy was handing me my keys. Wow..priced right as well
AVOID!!! 4 bad experiences (1st two were a repeat that they fixed - but I had to return to their shop). 1) Oil cap not tightened correctly - oil on my garage floor - happened twice - return tot he store required 2) They ordered replacement tires for me - I wanted exact replacements. Took the truck in and they got the tire info and made the order. The tires they got in and put on were a digit off on the tire call-out number.
