*********, they put notices to enter m-f 8am-5pm multiple times, and don't even show up. I have a giant moldy hole in my kitchen that has been there over a year and was "overlooked" during their inspection. Leaky toilets, etc. I call when I'm mad, but it is just to vent at this point.

At first moving here, I felt to be a better opportunity and property. Boy was I wrong. I was happy the first couple weeks being here until I started noticing all the issues and problems within side my apartment that has been a fight with management to have resolved for almost a year. Maintenance recently having management in my apartment addressing my concerns, commenting to her not having placed me in a fresh unit. Maintenance concerns and work orders still not fulfilled. This place is an embarrassment. We've lived here for several years now, and we got roped up in a huge remodel. Ownership of the complex changed hands last year and the new owners wanted to refresh nearly 200 units. It was so expensive they had to apply for government funding. The remodel has been a disaster. We were told a bunch of information in October of 2020 and pretty much all of it turned out to be a lie. We were supposed to have 45 day notice to pack, we had less than a quarter of that. The location is wonderful, however, there is not much of an emphasis on tenant relations. Most of the units are held by section 8/HUD residence and it is in my opinion that all residence are viewed and treated as not very important. I've lived here probably 10 years. They advertise a tennis court that has never had a net and the asphalt is broken. They also advertise covered parking which is not accurate either. I was a former resident. One a few levels I would give them a 1 outta 5 Management: The management while I was here switch and the new manager was shady. She told me that me asking for information on my rent was "a waste of her time." When I was having to use the v.a. to help with rent (over two 4 days the wouldn't give me to get paid again) the miss used both my money and the money from the v.a. because "it would look trying to kick us out having shown we are still paying current rent" straight from the horses mouth. Bedbugs, tons of german cockroaches, mice, felons as neighbors, cars broken into, and a manager person who steals rent. I got kicked out when she pocketed the rent and told the owners I didn't pay. I have the money order receipt. She even wrote me a receipt for the cash I gave her but conveniently, I apparently was the one who forged a document.
