I switched my baby’s care from Facey to Parkway and couldn’t be happier. We liked our doctor at Facey, but she started being unavailable for most appointments and we were seen by a lot of different doctors. Also very difficult to reschedule appointments at Facey if needed, and Tarzana was a bit of a trek during a work day at times. Parkway has been night and day. Love the family vibe and ease of communication with the office. Doctors & nurses have been fantastic. So glad we switched!
Dr. Tolcher is everything you hope for in a pediatrician. He takes the time to truly listen, asks thoughtful questions, and never makes you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about each child as an individual, not just a chart. With one of my children, he recognized something others had missed and guided us through the next steps with clarity and care. Firstly, I rarely write reviewes. But these doctors are worth more than the 5 stars. Dr. Stafford and Dr. Tolcher have seen my now adult children since they were infants. I have HUGE trust issues with doctors to say the least and I've felt so lucky to find this dream team that I trust completely. We’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with every doctor (and all the staff) at Parkway. Highly recommend! We’ve been with Doctor Stafford for years, and met Doctor Tolcher at the practice. Both are fantastic, knowledgeable, and very patient with all our questions!
We have been seeing Dr. Stafford and Dr. Tolcher for over 10 years. We started seeing them at a previous practice and followed them to Parkway Pediatrics. They are both amazing doctors. Doctor Stafford amazed us one time when she was extremely patient and demonstrated outstanding bedside manner when she helped my wife and newborn baby figure out how to breastfeed without the baby gagging.
