Karolina was a great contact to have while searching for the perfect apartment to rent for myself and my daughter. She was friendly and very well informed.
In terms of location, noise etc it’s a great place. HOWEVER: I moved in August 1st 2025. Moved my fridge clean behind it and reported an ant issue August 6th due to the nest mess. Interrent sent pest control (a step in while the regular pest control lady was on leave) August 12th. She put some gel down and some traps and said it was a successful treatment. To my surprise, 2 days later, I receive a notice that my apartment (which might I add I moved in to within those 2 weeks) was unclean and neglected. Strange considering I ... read more

If you are thinking of renting from Parkway Park or Interrent in general, I strongly recommend you read this review before proceeding. I recently completed a one year lease at Parkway Park, and felt the need to leave a review as most of the reviews here are of the leasing agents and not the building or the company.
