Very good location, and the common areas are well maintained.
New OWNERS …..DOES NOT mean this place is 5 or even 3 stars! Termite AND Mold infested buildings and maintenance that do not know how to fix things the first time around. Putting a fenced dog area in RIGHT NEXT to a building, a grill and picnic table in between buildings, and NOT fixing the insides of the apartments with necessary repairs is beyond ridiculous dangerous. I would never recommend this place.
Lovely Cottages, and management really cares for their tenants.
Amazing property and the manager is the sweetest. Above and beyond what is asked!
