This review is and original post as of 3/21/26 Thought you could only have 1-2 pets…..WHY can someone have 3 dogs in a one bedroom apartment? When the leases state you can have only two pets? How is this fair to every tenant who abides by the lease? Please note as soon as this posts that it will auto reply from management 6 months AGO!!
If I could give lower than one star, I would. I’m making this post to warn people about my experience living at The Cottages. When I first moved in, I was so excited to have my own apartment. However, the apartment I was shown and the one I actually received were nothing alike. The unit I got had mold and a serious German roach infestation. I have lived at this complex for over 5 years. The price is right and it's usually quiet. Not anymore with the addition of new loud neighbors. Management has changed hands multiple times. The new management seems to care far more than others. They have added a few amenities. These apartments are old and show their age. See external photos. I've also asked a few times to have my front door repainted. Nothing to date.
