The doctors and surgeons are good, very delayed at getting you in fast enough. The receptionists are very rude and unprofessional when you call in.
If I could put negative Stars I would. Personally I would not recommend this outfit. Living 2 hrs from this practice we arrived 8 minutes late the PA would not see my husband and told by the front desk he would need to reschedule after driving 96 miles one way!
I was a patient at Parkway in 2017. If you value your health I highly recommend you stay far away from this place. They misdiagnosed my injury and my concerns were not heard. They actually gave the impression on quite a few circumstances that I was fabricating my symptoms. At my last appointment, Melissa Short ( Dr Chen’s PA) recommended I try massage therapy.
