It's a walk in clinic but no availability? Maybe I'm just miss informed.
I am very disappointed with the way I was treated. First of all you have to apply to be a patient which I thought was a little weird. You're either accepting new patients or you're not. Anyway I turned in my application on 2/14/25. They told me it would take about 2-4 weeks depending on the doctor and someone would reach out to let me know if I was approved or denied.I waited 4 weeks and I called and they looked me up in the system and said they were a little behind but nothing yet so I waited another 4 weeks and I called ba... read more
Towards mid-March 2024, I called Dr. Edwards's office to make an appointment to be seen. 3/18, I got a call to confirm the appointment, also asking me if I changed insurance. I confirmed that I changed insurance. She never asked for any info. This was only my 2nd time seeing Dr. Edwards. I don't see a Dr. unless I really have to. On 3/19, I arrived for my appointment and presented my new insurance for the photocopy to be taken. Love the staff. I have been fortunate to see Dr. Edwards, Dr. Cline, Katelyn, and the nurses. Great people!!!
