Absolutely awesome!!! Was forced out of prior PCO office because my provider left and they didn’t have a replacement. Was angry at prior group but now realize they did me a HUGE favor. Office staff are wonderful and providers have been outstanding. And because they are Advent Health, I have immediate access to my records in their patient portal. Highly recommend.
I’m a returning patient - I recently moved back to the area and decided to return to this practice. I’m a fibromyalgia patient and have several other health issues. I was made to feel like I was a druggy because I have to take pain meds to make it through the day. I was told that 800mg of ibuprofen is all I should need. I’m so over the medical professionals down playing chronic pain . Live in my body for 5 minutes and tell me all I need is ibuprofen.
I've been a patient since 1996, or rather HAD been. I called there today with a pretty severe issue and was told basically that since I hadn't been there in a couple of years that I was basically no longer a patient. Yet another perfect example of why corporate buyouts of independent practices are ruining this country. They don't know what I've had going on on my life the past couple years (luckily it wasn't sickness!) You think Mission is bad? Sadly these folks are no better.
They will waste weeks of your time and act like it's your fault. I'm very disappointed.
