Went in for my annual wellness check with a new nurse just added to the staff. During the session the nurse asked me to sign some form saying that I’m taking Ambien and not abusing or having any negative effects. As I was leaving she asked me to give a urine sample for my wellness check. It turns out the nurse lied about the form it was a consent form for an annual drug test and the sample I gave was an actual drug test. Not sure why the low ratings. I’ve had exceptional service here each time I’ve called, checked into the waiting room, my PA’s nurses have always been sweet, my PA, Melissa Martin, is a God-send. She listens to me, researches and keeps up on the latest medical reports, and most of all I feel heard when I present my concerns.
The administrative staff are wonderful, scheduling is a breeze, I get calls back, my doctor is TRULY phenomenal (educated, fully and currently informed, advocates for me, listens to and believes me, timely attention and referrals, etc.), the facility is clean, the services available on-site make continuity and accessibility of care a realistic possibility...I mean I could truly go on and on. I am truly grateful for this Medical Group and have had nothing but excellent excellent experiences so far
