I’m surprised it got 2.6 stars. Place is trash and so are the people that work up front.
Much improved wait time, testing time, staffing, cleanliness, etc.!! Nurse Tori was the best! The doctor was personal, listened without interruption or disregarding patient concerns, and genuinely cared for his patients. Highly recommend!
Great care. Everyone I encountered was gracious, concerned, and professional. They kept me informed at each step.
Ppl skills were lacking friendly greeting definitely wasn’t there some were good didn’t mind talking with but ppl skills need to improve it their job and should be in their job description. You need your own person to do ultrasound I was there with wasted time because I had to wait for someone to come from another hospital all I needed was an ultrasound was there almost 4 hours. The ultrasound gel was all over my dress and the towel she gave me to wipe was already filled with gel so I was wiping gel on.
Nurses and technicians were wonderful. Very compassionate and responsive.
