Parkway Mechanic & Towing saved me! They towed my car and fixed it quickly
This company was assigned to me by my insurance company progressive. Like the others who gave negative reviews my experience was about as bad as can be. After 2 hours and 30 minutes they cancelled after telling me in a text they would be there in 20 minutes ! All phone calls went unanswered. Horrible business they suck and progressive sux

Quick and efficient. They were able to get repair the electrical issue in my car for a fair price.
Do not use their towing services. Like every other roadside assistance review on here, giving a 1 star review feels generous. They were assigned to tow my car through chase roadside assistance and neglected to show up within the 50-80min eta. I waited an additional hour before calling them. When I called them the very rude man on the phone said the truck was 20-30 min away. Guess what? They never showed up and they definitely never intended to show up.
