Terrible customer service. The person that answered the phone sounded under the influence. Was told 60 mins due to them “being in traffic” which was after already waiting 75 mins. After the 60 mins no tow truck still. I called for an update and whomever answered the phone couldn’t give me an estimate eta just “ we’ll be there”. I canceled the order. If your insurance company refers them, RUN!!!
Back in March my Honda Odyssey broke down on the GSP USAA set me up with this towing service. The driver came within a reasonable time. Was supposed to have it towed to my mechanic but by the time it would have gotten there it would have been closed. Driver insisted I take it to their place in Union so they could look at it right away and quote me a price and possibly have it fixed right away for a reasonable price. If I could give this place negative stars I would, they decline ur calls as u wait and give u a wrong time over and over again. My car has been parked on the side of the street since yesterday and they’ve been saying they’re coming since 12pm today, currently at 4:45 while my phone calls have been continuously denied they finally picked to say they canceled my tow. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO BOOK THEM. Progressive partnered me with them. The guy wanted to pick my car up and take it to his friends mechanic So that he could give me a “good Discount”. He was Insisting so much that it did not feel genuine. It felt like he was Somehow, going to get paid off of that. Once I told him I had a mechanic already, All of a sudden, he couldn’t get to my car until “5 AM-ish”. I would highly recommend this auto body shop. Our Infinity Truck needed a motor, Tony handled all the paperwork with our warranty company and the inspector.
