The towing service is the worst I ever experienced my son was waiting for over 4hrs then to make matters worst they sent the wrong tow truck just to buy more time until the truck that was intially dispatch can finish another job dispatcher very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend nothing from this Co
My car broke down so I used usaa roadside assistance to schedule a tow. I scheduled it at 9:15am The boss said ~60min to 90 mins . 3 hours later I called, boss told me weather conditions I have to wait when the Driver finally reached me it was 3 hours later , and he had the wrong tow truck . Had to wait for another hour, in my freezing car, and for the correct tow truck I reported this to customer service at my insurance usaa to delete them off their list for tow trucks. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! They saw me in the parking lot and my car wasn’t starting and they helped me out a BUNCH!! Absolutely love the hospitality and support & INFORMATION. IF YOURE NOT GETTING YOUR CAR DONE HERE YOURE NOT GETTING IT DONE RIGHT!! I am so grateful for them and will be coming back everytime !!
