RecommendedI have lived at Parkway for over a year. The accommodations are pretty nice, you get what you pay for. The salt water pool is what won me over but I will say though that the parking situation is HORRENDOUS! Funny how it’s called Parkway yet I can’t find a place to park. (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS FOR REFERENCE) Each unit that does not have a garage is only given ONE assigned parking spot. ONE SPOT! I signed my lease without actually looking at the property, solely based off pictures and reviews. It exceeded every expectation by far. My original move date was delayed due to COVID 19 travel restrictions, and the parkway lakeside management team (Brittany and Lindsey) was very accommodating. Upon move in, the staff was great in getting me settled into my new place. I highly recommend Parkway Lakeside!
Parkway lakeside is definitely a place to call home. From the moment I inquired about seeing the apartment, Lindsay was awesome in getting the process started and getting me moved in. Britni is great too. Always helpful office. Community is quiet, friendly residents, animal friendly, well maintained. Apartments are spacious, clean, granite countertops, attached garages. Great apartments! Layout is perfect. Quiet and for living on the 1st floor I don’t hear my upstairs neighbors. Did I mention the great location to pretty much anything you would want.

Parkway Lakeside is a beautiful location, luxurious and peaceful. staff is very attentive to residence needs and the property manager runs the facility to perfection. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to move into a top notch apartment to try out Parkway Lakeside.
Absolutely loved these apartments; great layouts and accessibility to so much nearby! Ralph, Britni and Lindsay are top notch in taking care of the property and their resident’s needs!
