I came to this dealership due to an issue with my 7pin installed by Hyundai. My car was taken in for 3 hours of service, and never came out to ask about not understanding the issue at hand. They changed me 3 hours of labour ($360)and blamed my trailer for having the issue, so I went to the trailer specialist they had called in, only to find out they were looking at an issue I never discussed. Need an engine as our 2016 Santa fe started losing power in just over 80,000 klm ...excessive oil burning..2.5 litres in just around 450 klm....they did all the oil consumption test and agreed its an oil burner ...we paid for all test just to be told after " sorry we can't help you " ...I think I'm on the 4th if not 5th set of spark plugs..however my 2014 honda civic with 412,000 klms works like a charm and on same spark plugs...avoid Hyundai ...in my driveway in twillingate you can see a 40,000 " plus " lawn ornament!
Had a 2022 Hyundai Tucson a d the engine went into it on Oct 4 coming home from my cancer treatment and they told me it was the fault of the wrong filter in it and I know for sure it was not after talking to a few machanics and a teacher who teaches the course in it. . Not trying to get ahold of them is like finding a needle in a haystack. Had nothing but the best service from Parkway Hyundai! Purchased my Veloster Turbo from them in 2014 and chose to go back to buy from the dealership again (even though I live in St. John’s now)! Shoutout to GM of sales, David, for being an absolute pleasure to work with, for being super thorough and communicative! Absolutely love my new Kona N! Can’t recommend Parkway Hyundai enough.
