I took my Santa Cruz in for routine service and mentioned I was having a problem with some of the technology. They completed the service and resolved the problem with the technology. Very satisfied with the service department.

Wow…. Appt at 7:30 am for routine factory paid service call under warranty … 10k miles on odometer and nearly $400 later and 5 hours I was done. Amazingly needed an air filter For $95….. work order says I complained About air flow when I said nothing of the kind. Next told I had an irreparable tire puncture and needed new tire. But surprisingly no tire in stock for a 2024 Santa Cruz. How odd. At a Hyundai dealer no less. Not going to 1 star y’all but can you do a better job of answering service calls? I am trying to give you money for service and have been bounced to different places ending up in a voicemail on three separate calls. This should never happen I would think right? What’s going on?
Bought an Ioniq 5 that came with a car charger. Charger stopped working after 2 charges. I call to have the order me one, but they say I have to come in. The next appointment is not for 3 weeks, leaving me without a charger. I decide this is too long and just go in. They don't even recognize the charger as the brand they include with the cars they sell.
