I called this morning August 5th 2020 I called bc i had a question about a policy they had so when I called a lady answered thr phone said the hotel name the only words I got out my mouth was I read online then I hung the phone up thinking it was a mistake bc of signal or something so I called the number back they blaocked me for no reason when I call it now it says ******* wireless number no longer available i have picture of me calling them and it went threw the first time and called it 3 times after that it wont work i ev... read more

I was treated absolutely horrible by a manager named Deondre who after I made a complaint was very disrespectful. I walked up on him holding an offensive conversation with security about our prior conversation. Patrick who was the bellhop brought my bags to the door, that i grabbed myself and still tipped him. Treated my husband as if he wasnt supposed to be there and there were no such thing as a parking pass. When my husband had just got one minutes earlier. Nice, clean hotel with interesting room's floor plan. Almost no waiting time like in other hotels.I recommend this hotel. Hotel staff were friendly & efficient. Clean, modern hotel with excellent parking options.
