Very nice, quiet complex.
Been here for about 3 years. Property is well kept, and other residents are friendly. The maintenance guys are awesome! If you put in a work order and they come by while you're home they'll make sure you can learn about what causes any issues you may be having.
I'll start off by saying it is nearly impossible to talk to anyone at this complex on the phone. I have never once had the front office pick up their phone in over a year, you have to walk down in person and force them to talk to you. From then on, they will be incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, such as when I had over 100$ worth of personal property stolen from my porch and they told me it was not their problem because "We dont have a theft problem here" while i was REPORTING THEFT to them. I just moved in and my new home, feels like home. No issues moving in the team has been great. The manager is fast to respond to questions and so friendly. I will refer anyone who asks.
Ive been living here since 2023 and I absolutely love it! Maintenance is the best they’re fast friendly, and do amazing work. They just replaced my washer with a new one. Thank you guys for everything you’re the best
