NOT SAFE. I have lived here two years. I have had 3 packages stolen, property stolen off my porch, and my truck vandalized with anti-LGBTQ hate. They have ZERO SECURITY. There are no cameras, no guards, no alarms. The gate is broken standing open around 6 months out of the year. It is currently broken open on 2-24-2025 and has been since December.
