maintenance sucks.....this complex needs to be renovated badly. they want rent to be paid but don't want to fix things that need to be fixed and if they fix something they say they have to charge your account. then there is the problem of the mice
My family has been here almost five years and this is truly one of the worst managed complexes I've ever lived in. There have been several different management companies and each one is worse than the one before it. The maintenance crew always has an excuse for why they can't get something done. We've made so many list in the office to no avail. The list conveniently get "lost" so we have to do them over again. And it's so hard to get in touch with someone on the phone. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

It's unfair that every other day the air or water doesn't work, but we still have to pay full rent, I've only been here for 1month and I'm ready to leave Idc if I had e to break my least I will, because my children has severe asthma and the heat suffocates them, it's literally been eve few days the air is off! This is so not fair
The rental office need new ppl new staff they suck the nothing gets fix
