Great job as always! The little extras they do (new wipers and tire pressure check) mean a lot. Knowing that my service package expires soon, they did as much as they could beyond my expectations.
Terrible communication and zero respect for a tradesperson’s time. Booked my commercial van weeks ago for minor recalls. After dropping it off, I got 10 hours of radio silence. When I called at 3:45 PM for an update, I was bounced around, sent to a manager's voicemail who had already clocked out, and then transferred to another line in which i was told to leave a message. Christina worked very hard to get my vehicle in and done on a timeline. Great service even when they are busy!!! Will definitely go back!
The service staff were very helpful. Daine the service consultant was extremely good. A pleasure to work with. The work was done well and there was no pressure to do more than was needed. But. I couldn’t get through to anyone in the service department or the main office all day and the next. Just went directly into voicemail. Had to get a ride into the dealership to set up my appointment. Need to look after that.
